| Description: | Additional Information : Dogtown Half Marathon, 9K are individual running races taking place on February 25, 2012. Canine theme awards, distances, and activities will help to create a fun atmosphere. The half marathon will cover 13.1 miles of roads and trails in Washington City. Course begins at Zion Harley Davidson in Coral Canyon. Half Marathon participants will run through beautiful Coral Canyon, down the paved trail of Hell's Canyon, continue along Virgin River to Washington Dam Road and Washington Fields. Aide stations every 2-3 miles along the course. Racers will complete the course at a large finish line festival at Treasure Valley Park. 9K event will be a 5.76 mile race in the areal of Washington Fields, on the same course as the half marathon.
