| Description: | From Brigham City Heritage Arts Festival Website: Brigham City Corporation together with a large group of citizen volunteers is excited to bring the annual Heritage Arts Festival to Bill of Rights Plaza! Performances, artisans, quilt show, and children's games are some of the activities planned for this event! You can bring your lawn chair and sit under the shade of the chestnut trees to enjoy the music, wander around the plaza to see how brooms are made by hand, rugs are woven, and much more.
