Chili Tasting: 12-5 pm, Saturday and Sunday
5 of Snowbird's top chefs will each prepare chili with their own recipes and need your help to determine who the chili champion is - it's a showdown! Voters will receive a People's Choice Award ballot with the purchase of a chili sampler, which includes condiments and corn bread.

Corn Hole Tournament: 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday

Up to 16 teams may enter each day. Each member of the winning team receives a Snowbird ski lift ticket. You may sign up day of or email kroush@********.*** to reserve your spot in advance.

Chili Bird Showdown: 1-2 pm, Sunday

Snowbird welcomes all chili enthusiasts to create their very own chili recipe to be judged by a panel of three esteemed judges: a food critic/ member of the International Chili Society, a radio personality and Snowbird's own Mr. Rusty Johnson.

How to enter: Each contestant must bring 10 oz. of homemade chili in a covered container to the Forklift Restaurant between 1 and 2 pm, where they will be assigned a number for their chili. Judges will not know who has made each batch of chili. Chili will be entered into one of three categories: Best Red Chili, Best White Chile and Best Vegetarian Chili.

Judging Criteria/Additional Info: Chili will be judged on taste, consistency, aroma, color and bite. There is no need to register in advance for the Showdown. chili may be dropped off beginning at noon and must be registered by 2 pm

Prizes: The winner of each category of chili will receive a unique trophy and a Snowbird vacation including 2 nights lodging and 2 lift tickets for two.
Cooking Demo: 3-3:30 pm, Sunday
